Although the overall ambiance was charming, some maintenance issues, like a leaking shower, detracted from the stay.

It was just a great fit for a weekend escape in Santiago de Compostela at extraordinarily good value for money. The lovely check-in staff offered a bagged breakfast when I had an early checkout, which was a nice touch. Try to request a room away from the elevator for a quieter experience.
